ZONING HEARING BOARD

The Zoning Hearing Board of Trafford Borough has scheduled a public hearing for 7pm Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in Council Chambers at 414 Brinton Avenue, Trafford, PA 15085.

The hearing is requested by the following applicant: Adam Cercone of 701 Forest Avenue, Trafford, PA 15085.  Mr. Cercone is requesting a variance to the Trafford Borough Code.  Chapter 202-10 A (Permitted Uses).  The applicant is proposing to have an accessory building on a lot without a primary use for it to be accessory to.  The property is located Corner of Forest & Eighth Street Lots 801 & 803 rear of Lots 805 – 819 (parcel ID 36-01-16-0-019).

Any and all interested persons wishing to be heard should appear at the hearing at 7:00pm on October 12, 2022.
