Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Trafford, Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties, Pennsylvania, intends to consider for enactment, an Ordinance amending its codified ordinances to permit domesticated dogs in the BY Park under certain conditions.

The Borough Council intends to take action on the proposed Ordinance, and to consider any and all business as may properly come before council, at its duly scheduled meeting, to be held on the 7th day of December 2021, at 7:00 o’clock PM, in the Markosek Council Chambers, Trafford Borough Building, 414 Brinton Avenue, Trafford, Pennsylvania or at such time thereafter as Council deems appropriate.  A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be obtained at the Borough Office during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am through 4:00pm, up and until the date of enactment.
