The Zoning Hearing Board of Trafford Borough has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, September 5, 2019. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Manchester Room, 414 Brinton Avenue (rear), Trafford, PA 15085.

The hearing is requested by the following applicant: Agape Restoration Society, Inc. Agape Restoration Society is requesting a variance to the Trafford Borough Code, Chapter 202-10 (c) (Permitted Uses, R-3 Multiple-Family Residential District). The applicant is proposing to build a development at 1022 Urban Lane, which will include a community room/chapel in one of the buildings.

Any and all interested persons wishing to be heard should appear at the hearing at 7:00 p.m. on September 5, 2019.
