Public Comment: Public comment is always welcome and encouraged. If you wish to provide public comment, council asks that you add your name to the public comment form located on the podium in Council Chambers. Public comments are limited to three (3) minutes per resident to allow the time for everyone that wishes to make a public comment. After all public comments are presented, council will then offer a response to the public comments. This is designed to allow respect for the individual providing public comment, with limited or no interruptions.
