NOTICE: Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority to end COVID-19 Delinquent Shut-off Moratorium

In a letter sent to Trafford Borough, the Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority plans to end it’s COVID-19 delinquent shut-off moratorium beginning on March 31, 2021.
