BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD

ZONING HEARING BOARD

The Zoning Hearing Board of Trafford Borough has scheduled a public hearing for 7pm Wednesday, May 27, 2020.

The hearing is requested by the following applicants: Joseph and Suzanne Brusco, 512 Edgewood Avenue Trafford, PA 15085. The applicants are requesting a variance to the Trafford Borough Code, Chapter 202-9A (General Restrictions). The applicants are proposing to build a garage which would increase the total building coverage (as a percent of their lot) from 26% to approximately 36%. The property is located in an R-1 Single-Family Residential District which limits total building coverage to 25%.

The Zoning Hearing Board meeting will be conducted in person in the Manchester Room (414 Brinton Avenue, Trafford, PA 15085). Due to COVID-19 protocol, we can accommodate no more than the first 18 persons who wish to be heard. Face coverings are required for entry.
