Job Description
- Functions under and reports directly to the Public Works Foreman.
- Operates and maintains trucks, backhoes, pumps, compressors, jack hammers, and other tools used to replace and repair sanitary sewer collection system.
- Build and repair manholes, catch basins, and other structures
- Performs labor involved in the installation, repair and replacement of lateral and main lines, including the excavation and backfilling of trenches.
- Assist in maintain public buildings and grounds.
- Conduct sewer lateral inspections, operate, and maintain CCTV equipment to determine condition of sewers.
- Document Municipal Separate Storm System outfall
- Repair and patch streets
- QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school graduate
- Must have two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must show evidence of mechanical aptitude.
- Must show evidence of basic public works knowledge
Will be required to obtain NASSCO CCTV operator’s license. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holiday emergency situations. Must have current valid PA driver’s license.
- Trafford, PA 15085: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person; Full Time. Salary $22.92 per hour.
