TRAFFORD BOROUGH REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICE OF VIRTUAL MEETING

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Trafford Borough Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. will be conducted online as a virtual meeting through the Zoom Cloud Meetings Application.  There will be no in-person meeting conducted at the borough building.  The Mayor, members of Council, and Administration will be remotely participating in the public meeting.  The public is encouraged to join the meeting and can do so in one of two ways.  First, residents can access the meeting online from their computer or phone.  The Meeting ID is: 879 6481 6505.  The meeting link is: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87964816505.

Second, residents can call into the meeting by dialing a call-in number.  The dial in number is 1-646-558-8656.  The passcode is: 87964816505#.  The Solicitor will be acting as the moderator and will approve participants to join the meeting.  Public comment will be taken during the meeting.  Additionally, any member of the public wishing to provide public comment may do so by emailing comments to boroughmanager@traffordborough.com by 4:00 p.m. on February 2, 2021, and the comment will be discussed.  Please refer to traffordborough.com or the Trafford Borough Facebook page for additional information.
