ZONING HEARING BOARD

The Zoning Hearing Board of Trafford Borough has scheduled a public hearing for 7pm Monday, December 7, 2020.

The hearing is requested by the following applicant: Jason Stultz, 528 Fairmont Avenue Trafford, PA 15085. The applicant is requesting a variance to the Trafford Borough Code, Chapter 202-10A (Permitted Uses, R-1 District) and Chapter 103-2B(2) (Height Limitations). The applicant is requesting a variance that will permit a six foot tall fence on a corner lot that has no permitted use for the fence to be an accessory to. The property is located in an R-1 Single-Family Residential District which limits corner lot fence height to four feet and only as an accessory to a permitted use.

Due to the requirements of social distancing, the meeting will be held in the Manchester Room (414 Brinton Ave, Trafford, PA 15085). Current maximum occupancy for the Manchester Room, as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, is limited to 45 people. Due to occupancy limitations, all parties interested in attending are asked to call the Zoning Officer at 412-372-7653 to pre-register. Masks are required for all in attendance.
