Council Discussion meetings are typically held four (4) times a year in the Manchester Room.  Council Discussion meetings are held “townhall” style and is meant to provide a more open discussion environment for the community to address issues around our borough.  As with all Trafford Borough Council public meetings, members of the community are encouraged to attend and actively participate in discussions.  Council asks that community participants raise their hand and be acknowledged by the Council President when offering comment or adding to the discussion.  Unlike Regular Council Meetings, there is no set time limit for comments or discussions but council requests that those participating have consideration for others that may want to also provide comments.
