Parks and Pavilion Rental Information

Historic and Award Winning Trafford Borough has the best parks and pavilions available to rent for your special event! A gateway to the Laurel Highlands, our small town community is conveniently located with easy access from the PA Turnpike Exits Monroeville 57 and Irwin 67 as well as Interstate 376

Our Park and Pavilion rentals are available for graduation parties, family reunions, or any other events at our renowned and picturesque Westmoreland and B-Y Parks.

Park and Pavilion Rental Fee Schedule
-Pavilion #1 at B-Y Park by Trafford resident – $75.00 per day.
-Pavilion #1 at B-Y Park by non-Trafford resident – $125.00 per day.
-Pavilion #2 or “Pavilion #3” at B-Y Park by Trafford Resident – $125.00 per day
-Pavilion #2 or Pavilion #3 at B-Y Park by non-Trafford Resident – $175.00 per day
-Rental of Westmoreland Park by Trafford resident – $150.00 per day
-Rental of Westmoreland Park by non-Trafford resident – $200.00 per day

-Refundable security deposit (upon inspection) – $100.00 per rental
-Refundable security deposit with alcohol permit (upon inspection) – $150.00

-Kolany (South Trafford) ball field rental
$500.00 per field per season (guarantees exclusive use for 4 hours a day one day a week) + $100.00 per extra day, per field. Occasional use is assessed at $125.00 per field per day.
