2024 Trafford Borough Junior Council Person Program Mock Council Meeting

The Trafford Borough Junior Council Person Program is seeking volunteers from the community to participate in a mock council meeting to culminate the end of the 2023-2024 program

The annual JCP Mock Council Meeting is designed to have the graduating JCP Seniors play the role of Council President and preside over a council meeting with a fictional agenda where they can tap into everything they have learned through their time in the program.

The 2023 JCP Mock Council Meeting was a huge success. Resident Jesse Dapra participated as a volunteer in the role of a council member an now sits on the council board. PTHS Sophomore Greg Maynard was interested in the JCP program and volunteered to be a council member. He is now finishing his first year as a Traffrod Borough JCP member.

Volunteers are needed for the following roles:
