Visit the Public Works Building (105 Brinton Avenue) any time between 12pm-8pm Friday May 5th and between 8am-4pm Saturday May 6th to drop off all of the excess junk you no longer need. Please no hazardous materials, electronics, appliances, or dangerous objects that require special disposal.

Trafford Beautification Club
We need your help! Our organization is looking for other individuals and/or groups to adopt our public planting spaces. If you are interested please contact the Borough Manager at 412.646.1721
The Trafford Beautification Club (TBC) is a non-profit organization, made up of volunteers working to enhance Trafford’s public spaces by planting and maintaining flowers and shrubs in our gardens. We hold an annual spring flower sale in May and typically a fall mum sale in September as our main fundraisers. We depend on the generosity of the community for funding and for helping hands. New members are always welcome. High school student looking for community service hours, can gain those assisting our efforts!
Trafford Economic Community Development Corporation
The TECDC is a private,not-for-profit organization, staffed entirely by volunteers, whose mission is to help revitalize our community.
Trafford Borough Recreation Board
The Trafford Recreation Board has been providing it’s services to the community for over 25 years. The recreation board is a non-profit organization, staffed by Trafford residents. A few events that the recreation board organizes are an Easter bunny luncheon and egg hunt, fishing derby, movies in the park, and the Halloween parade. Please contact the Borough Office if you would like to volunteer and become a part of this community group.
Trafford Veterans Memorial Park Renovations Committee
The Trafford Veterans Memorial Park Renovations Committee undertook the renovations of the park in 2011. The park has not been updated sine 1919. There are a total of nine members within the committee, who met once a month for the last two to three years. The purpose of this committee was to produce a park that is meaningful and worthy to those who have served and died in the service to their country.
Trafford Borough Community Crime Watch is a group of concerned citizens. Together with the Trafford Police Department we are dedicated to detecting and preventing crime. The Trafford Community Crime Watch is not to assume the role of the police department however we are to be alert, observant and aware.
